Think of it as a postpartum recovery yoga class as well as a women's circle where we will support your incredible bodies and big tender postpartum hearts. A place where you can be yourself, feel safe and supported no matter where you are physically, mentally and emotionally. We'll focus on carefully rebuilding your strength, pelvic floor health, and posture, as well as addressing the emotional roller coaster and mental well-being through discussion, breath, and meditation. My vision is to create a space where we breathe, stretch, laugh and cry together, and continue to unravel this (sometimes lonely and confusing) motherhood journey in each other's company. Outside in nature as a bonus :)
What to bring: You are welcome to come with or without your baby. Please bring a yoga mat for yourself and a blanket for your little one to lounge on. Looking forward to seeing you!
